This is my Quarterly update on my goals for the year.
For last quarter’s update, please go here.
I have a total of 19 goals for the year.
Last quarter, I achieved 26.23% across all my goals and ended up at 50.08% for the year.
This quarter, I finished a few of my goals and turned my focus onto some goals that I hadn’t spent enough time on in the previous 2 quarters.
Lets see how that went.
How did Q3 go?
I had a 26.69% quarter. I still have 2 days to go before this ends actually.
I achieved 1.69% more than I had to, this is my best quarter yet.
For the year, I’m at 76.77%
This means, at the end of the year, come what may, I would have had a 76.77% year across my core goals. Which is pretty decent I think.
I still have 3 months left and I think I can push this pretty close to 90, we’ll see.
Here’s the chart for Q3
End of Q3
This is a much better chart than last time.
To put it in perspective, here’s a growth visualisation of the same Q by Q.
Q1 vs Q2 vs Q3
To summarise, I’ve now completed 7 goals for the year. 5 goals are near or above the 85% mark, which should get done. I have a plan for 3 more goals, which means 4 goals might not get completed, which is not too bad actually.
I spent a lot more time on learning how to play the guitar, I have an instagram page where I post stuff, I created a YouTube video and built a v1 of an app that’s been in the pipeline for 4 years.
I’ve stagnated on my reading, read only 3 books last month, not so much on the writing. My weight loss is something I’m going to be giving special attention over the next month and getting done, it’s almost there.
I wrote 15 posts on my blog this quarter, read 13 books ( total of 56 for the year so far ) , made progress on my bad habit, ran a lot more all while having a minor accident somewhere in the middle.
It’s been a pretty good quarter and a good year so far from this perspective.
That’s actually a decent looking chart, one I would be happy to see at the end of the year.
I know that going forward, I’m going to end up a little short across my goals, but, we’ll see how that pans out. I’ll be happy if I can get to 90%.
Onwards!
Thank you for reading
