As I mentioned in my push vs pull post. Here’s my update on my 18 goals for the year.
Where I am with my goals
Overall, I’m doing just about alright. I’m at 25.18% achieved across all my goals put together, which is 0.18% above where it should be a quarter of the year in.
As can be seen from the graph above, I’ve also prioritised certain goals for the first quarter and got some done completely.
One of those was a life skill — I finally learnt how to swim earlier this year. Something that was on my todo list for quite a few years.
I’m lagging behind by a book when it comes to my reading. I’ve read a total of 12 books this year, I should be at 13 if I am to do a book a week this year which is my goal.
Fitness wise, I think I’m doing alright, I set myself some clear targets to hit for the year and weight-wise I’m way ahead. I’ve already lost nearly 50% of the weight I intended to lose this year.
Clearly the focus for the next quarter will be to start some new activities to push myself closer to 50% and hopefully beyond.
